Areliable measurement for a solid starting point
We are proud to announce that we have achieved a highly accurate carbon footprint for fiscal year 2023-2024. Thanks to a rigorous methodology overseen by Bpifrance and ADEME, we have obtained results with an uncertainty rate reduced to just 13%.
This figure is crucial: it means that our data is very reliable. We know exactly where we stand, which enables us to build a strategy based on concrete facts.
What we've learned
Our total footprint amounts to 25,232 tonnes of CO₂. Unsurprisingly for our sector, the bulk of our emissions come from raw materials and product end-of-life.

Towards 2030: our commitments
This report is not an end in itself, but a springboard. Our objective is clear: to reduce our relative emissions by 35% by 2030.
To "do better next year" and meet our long-term commitments, we have already identified the priority levers for action:
Raw materials: significantly increase the proportion of recycled inputs in our production and packaging.
Energy: capitalize on the installation of photovoltaic panels and improve the thermal insulation of our premises.
Mobility: encourage car-pooling and study the use of electric bikes for our employees.
At CJ Plast, the transition is underway. We're committed to tracking these indicators every year, so we can make step-by-step progress towards a more sustainable industry.
