At CJ Plast, extrusion is a mastered technical process that enables us to transform plastic granules into precisely dimensioned, high-performance profiles. This process is based on heating and shaping materials through a die, guaranteeing tailor-made solutions for every industrial project.
Throughout the extrusion process, each step is meticulously controlled to ensure that each profile meets strict tolerances and our customers' expectations in terms of performance and quality.
Co-extrusion
Thanks to co-extrusion, we are able to combine several materials in a single profile. This method enables us to add specific properties to each layer, such as enhanced UV resistance or a high-quality aesthetic finish, while guaranteeing high durability.
Tri-extrusion
With tri-extrusion, we go one step further by integrating a third layer of material. This complex process offers multi-functional solutions, perfectly suited to the most demanding applications, combining strength, flexibility and design in a single profile.
