Data processing purposes
The data collected by CJ PLAST when using the site and accessing resources is processed in order to provide access to the resources published on the site, to identify users, to improve services and to publish editorial content, as well as for commercial prospecting purposes.

Shelf life
When our visitors explicitly provide us with their contact details to download a resource or request to be contacted, we collect personal data. This data is kept for a maximum of 36 months from the date of collection, so that we can continue to inform users about the evolution of our services and the availability of new content.
Cookies installed when browsing the site expire automatically after a period of 12 months without consultation of the site.
Security of collected data
CJ PLAST undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data collected and to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to preserve their security and integrity, in particular against accidental loss, alteration, distribution or unauthorized access.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, users have an individual right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose and port data concerning them.

Users also have the right to lodge complaints with the CNIL concerning the exercise of the aforementioned rights.
